Programa del Agua is a water quality testing and purification service that offers free water quality tests to homeowners in Florida. Our specialists visit your home, test your water quality, and provide personalized recommendations for water purification solutions.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• You must be a homeowner or authorized occupant of the property where the water quality test will be performed.
• Service is currently available in the state of Florida only.
• By submitting a request, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Free Water Quality Test

The water quality test is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase. By requesting a test, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information (name, phone number, and ZIP code).
• Be available at the scheduled appointment time.
• Allow our specialist access to a water source in your home for testing purposes.

4. Appointment Scheduling

• Appointments are scheduled through our online calendar or via phone.
• Available hours: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Eastern Time).
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to specialist availability or unforeseen circumstances.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.

5. SMS Communications

• Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
• Message frequency: typically 1-6 messages per request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

6. Products and Services

If, following the water quality test, you choose to purchase a water purification system or related products:

• All purchases are subject to a separate purchase agreement.
• Pricing, warranty, and return policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
• We do not guarantee specific health outcomes from the use of water purification products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Solar Services Company LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
